St. Luke’s offers two types of virtual care: virtual scheduled care and virtual urgent care:

  • Virtual scheduled care–This care allows you to schedule with a specific provider. Before the scheduled time (30 minutes), your appointment will become available in MyChart or through the link sent to you.
  • Virtual urgent care–This care doesn’t require scheduling. Instead, you can simply initiate a visit using the “Connect Virtually” button on the mobile app.

There are several options for managing how St. Luke’s communicates with you. To manage notifications, follow these steps:

  1. Open the St. Luke’s mobile app.
  2. Tap the “More” icon at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap on “Communication Preferences”.

To enable or disable push notifications, follow these steps:

  1. Open the St. Luke’s mobile app.
  2. Tap the “More” icon at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap “Advanced Settings”.
  4. Use the “Notifications” toggle to enable or disable the feature.

Note: Enabling push notifications will add your device name to the “My Devices” list at the bottom of the screen.

Scheduling an appointment is quick and easy! You can either call the office you want to schedule with or use the St. Luke’s mobile app. To use the app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the St. Luke’s mobile app.
  2. Tap the “Find Care” icon at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Search for locations and providers to schedule with.

If you have a primary care provider or care team assigned to you, then follow these steps:

  1. Open the St. Luke’s mobile app.
  2. Tap the “MyChart” icon at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap the provider icon to schedule directly.

To change your password, follow these steps:

  1. Open the St. Luke’s mobile app.
  2. Tap the “More” icon at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap the “Sign In Options” button.
  4. Tap the “Update Password” link.

To reset your password, follow these steps:

  1. Tap “Forgot Password” on the sign-in screen.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Answer your security question.
  4. Choose a new password.

To unlock your account, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the “Unlock My Account” link.
  2. Enter the code that is emailed to you to confirm your identity.
  3. Choose a new password.

To update your security questions, follow these steps:

  1. Open the St. Luke’s mobile app.
  2. Tap the “More” icon at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap “Profile & Account Settings”.
  4. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen.
  5. Select “Update Security Questions”.

With their permission, MyChart proxy access allows you to view medical records for both your family and anyone you care for. However, you must be at least 18 or older to use this feature.

To give someone access to your medical record, follow these steps:

  1. Open the St. Luke’s mobile app.
  2. Tap the “MyChart” icon at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap the “Invite Friends and Family” icon.

We recommend granting access to either a family member or friend in case you need assistance managing your care.

For security reasons, St. Luke's doesn't allow internet access to the web outside the US. Please call 1-866-STLUKES (785-8537), option 5 for support.

As a precautionary measure, we recommend downloading your COVID-19 information before you leave the country. You can download your Covid information to your health wallet app (Apple) or as a PDF, which includes a QR code and is compatible with Apple and Android.
